I have been going to the restaurant for close to 8-9 years now and have noticed that the quality has degraded since the expansion. It seems that when the owner is at one of his restaurants, the quality seems to be better probably because of his oversight. Some days, the quality of same dishes that I order frequently have been widely inconsistent, ranging from excellent to mediocre. I'm hoping that the owner reads these reviews and take them as constructive criticism to improve and standardize the quality...
